1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CME in Anesthesia ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure that all information is accurate and derived from peer-reviewed sources, medicine is an ever-changing science. CME in Anesthesia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

You, as a licensed healthcare professional, are solely responsible for exercising your own clinical judgment in the care of your patients. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes related to the use of the information provided herein.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts are strictly personal. You may not share your account or allow others to claim CME credits on your behalf.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Prices for CME modules are listed on the Service and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe, Inc. as a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a module, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are generally final once a module has been accessed or a certificate has been generated. Refund requests for technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. CME Credits and Certificates

We provide AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ commensurate with the extent of your participation in the activity. You agree to claim credit only for activities you have successfully completed. Certificates are generated automatically upon passing the assessment with a score of 80% or higher.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including study guides, quizzes, and code), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CME in Anesthesia. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CME in Anesthesia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
